House keeping do not like to clean everyday. They only want to clean every other day. Also, the manager brought me the vacuum and told me to do it. They have very poor customer service and yhe room smells funny.

Kudos to the staff! Everything was amazing! Checking was quick & easy, room was spotless, shower was nice & hot! Coffee was delicious!! Kareen was super helpful & friendly. It’s located near lots of delicious food choices and great shopping options.

"Alpharetta Hotel to Use!"

Great Hotel. Beds are the greatest, clean rooms. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Got the room I wanted by using the chat feature after echeck in. Kareen was excellent and had the room ready along with items requested. Hotel is under new ownership but so far have not seen any changes from the excellent service I am use to when I come to the area.

it was very clean, didn't get to eat breakfast Sunday morning. Had to check out early in order to get to grandsons baseball game. sign stated that breakfast was served at 6 A.M. but Sunday morning I ask desk clerk about breakfast and was told that on Sunday's it was not served till 7A.M. would have been nice if they had told me that when I checked in.
