"Great hotel, but the bathrooms mean I won't stay there again"

Location is amazing. The hotel is excellent quality

The glass bathrooms are truly ridiculous, especially in a twin room. My room was internal to the hotel, so I had a view of the lift shafts. The roof top bar doesn't open until summer, even though it was June. The main bar closed at midnight

Loved the location. Lovely staff and all were very helpful.

Glass bathroom not as bad expected. Would prefer old school set up regarding same. Would not be suitable for friends sharing. More room of sundries in bathroom would be great. Not a big problem but you would need to tidy 😄

"Unbelievable location for a weekend break in Bilbao"

Location could not have been better Staff were nice and friendly Bar downstairs was nice Great view from our room which made the room feel very airy

Bed was really firm, not a complaint, just an observation. Some people may not like it
