Location was ideal very central and easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.

Breakfast dining area was a little cramped and a few food/drink items ran out on the two mornings we were there I.e. orange juice

"Bilbao ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt, wir kommen wieder aber nicht mehr in dieses Hotel."

Perfekte Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr kleine beengte Zimmer, so gut wie kein Platz weder für Koffer noch Stauraum. Badezimmer mit Glaswand abgetrennt, innenliegend und ohne Lüftung mit minimalen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Sofern das Fenster geschlossen ist leise ansonsten sehr laut, Flaschencontainer vor dem Haus und am Wochenende bis 2:30 Uhr viel Betrieb. Frühstück sehr rummelig, wenige Tische und Stühle, dafür tiefe Sessel, daher viele Diskussionen von älteren Reisenden, die dort nicht sitzen wollten, was nicht zu einem entspannten Frühstück beiträgt.

Camera con letto veramente comodo!!! Vorrei conoscere la marca dell'ottimo materasso. La macchinetta con cialde per caffè o altre bevande è stara una bella sorpresa. Avendo preso una camera standard la vista era limitata al palazzo di fronte nella via a lato. Personale gentile ma nessuno che parlasse italiano!

Booking nella descrizione dell"hotel aveva scritto con terrazza, che però era chiusa per ristrutturazione. Avevamo scelto questo hotel proprio perche aveva la possibilità di prendere un aperitivo con vista città. Il bar dell'hotel chiudeva alle 23:00, troppo presto. Altro dettaglio, magari di poca importsnza ma non per me, la camera 306 aveva la finestra bloccata, ricircolo aria solo condizionata!! La privacy del bagno era poco garantita; l"utilizzo di una porta in vetro da doccia con apertuta verso il letto, non sarebbe stata una mia scelta progettuale. Dimemticavo mancava il bidet sostituito con doccino a lato wc.
