Booked 2 Queen. Arrived only King. Bed was full of sand and pull out couch was TERRIBLE. Should have called me when they realized their website allowed me to book a room that was not available. Bad Bad

Location

Did not receive cleaning service when requested, bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain - I had to pull out the drain-stops, and bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The top of the toilet - tank and seat were dusty and dirty, the edges sod the bathroom floor were grimy. There may have been new shower rods, because the curtain didn’t close all the way. I had to hold it in place with damp hand towels.

The staff was superior, and they went above and beyond with kindness and care to be helpful!This was priceless! The room was lovely, clean and welcoming . The bed was comfy. They had many breakfast choices and it was yummy. Thank you so much for giving such a quality stay. 👏👏👏👍🏼❤️
