Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good with a good selection. However, the building is under renovation and some cosmetic things remain in the rooms. We also miss having a coffee maker in the room and removal of the fitness room.

Property being renovated. No coffee maker in room but renovations will definitely perk things up. Fitness room not usable. Had I known about the work I would have made other arrangements. Considering the status the overall stay (2 days) was nice.

"Friendly People, Growing Area"

This Property will soon be a Spark Property by Hilton, which are nice and new. Currently the Property is undergoing renovations. Mainly though, I enjoy this Property because of the good treatment I receive from the FD Staff and GM Mrs. Martin. I have been staying w this Property for several years and every stay Mrs. Martin has honored my Special Requests and recognized my Status. There is a new Waffle House, Chick-fil-A, and Zaxby's nearby, and in general the entire area is growing. I look forward to staying w this Property in the future (as Spark).

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First floor was fully under renovation and the entire second floor reeked of strong paint fumes and no ventilation. Everything was taped off and should have been shut down. Was told there was nothing they could do but put a fan on the second floor but it would not help because there was no place for the fumes to go. Argued with management and was first offered 5,000 points. Then 10,000 points. Told them that wasn’t good enough for a nights stay. I was there 3 nights. Finally they did credit me 1 nights stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. Wait until the new one opens. This place is so run down and unkept. Stay away if you can.

Disappointed the pool was closed on a 94 degree day. Also bed was not as comfortable as other Hampton Inns where we’ve stayed. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Great shower and new TV.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very disappointing. It was under construction. Dust in the halls, plaster being applied as we walked to our rooms, canvas sheets on the floor. My husband almost tripped. Work smell at night kept us up.. In adirion , when I said yes to the Expedia travel insurance to the hotel, it showed $19, buwhen it showed up later, it was 39, and when I tried to delete, it would not let me. We were very uncomfortable and disappointed after paying so much. For this reason, I find it difficult to recommend Expedia as a trave app to anyone. As a matter of fact, I feel you should refund our money and check the hotels before you make a charge for them. Carolyn Landers
