The man who checked me in at 3 pm very 👍 good. The breakfast good. The lady making breakfast also cleaned the rooms! She needs a raise, very nice!

The man who told me check in time was 4 pm. told me take to take a card and call in a hour. When I called and rung the phone MANY times no one answers. How can a business run without answering a phone? My check in time was 1:00. He was not very accommodating as when I asked for at patio room he said none were available. When I did check in at 3 pm, the Nice employee gave me a room with a shower, I need a tub. So the nice man moved me across the hall to a room with a tub, that also had a patio. Tip, if your employees don't make me feel special, I'll go somewhere else, and so will everyone else.

Okay for an economy lodging. I had issues with the toilet, even had to plunge it myself once. Staff seemed indifferent to the problem at checkout. So so breakfast, difficulty communicating with staff. Plenty of police activity regarding homeless folks in the area.

Breakfast!

We were put in a handicapped room and the shower was horrible. It was so hard to use and the shower head fell down and hit my nose making a cut on top.
