Staff was responsive and helpful.

Our initial room was disgusting. The floors were filthy. We had two children with us that played on the floor. One is less than a yr and cannot walk. His knees, legs, feet, and hands were black after 5 mins of crawling. We all had to wear pants, socks, and shoes to walk around and play. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room was an improvement but floor still blackened feet and the kids legs and hands while playing for a bit.

Location was decent

Terrible breakfast, eggs hard not much fruit to choose from. Shower flooded all the way to front door. No tv or WiFi was informed by staff but was almost at destination, and couldn’t book another hotel in that short notice

The pool area, location, breakfast was amazing both mornings, beds r comfy and rooms are spacious!!!

The floor in the bathroom was kinda lifted a lil bit by the door but it's an older building just think they might wanna replace tiles 😁

Was close to shopping and restaurants. Bed were very comfortable.

We would have liked a little more variety at breakfast, but overall it was okay.
