It would've been nice if someone opens the windows for some fresh air before guests arrival :)

Good location and facilities. Good response when called to get beds etc sorted.

Was a shame we had to call to arrange for the beds and towels to be changed when we arrived as not done prior to our arrival.

It was a little dirty in places the garden was overgrown with weeds patio furniture filthy and I washed cushions. Oven filthy. Needs decorating.

Location was ideal for an event we were attending at Poole Park

The double matress was uncomfortable and lumpy. No instructions how to use tv

Very tidy, excellent location, loved being able to walk 2 mins and have water right there. The rooms were great sizes and very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed.
