this was the most beautiful location the staff was way beyond kind and made dure we we were treated like royalty !! first class staff
First room I was placed in, the ac was rattling. Took two calls to get someone to check the ac out. Second room, we had a service tech come out to update the tv while taking a nap. A suggestion for this would be to update the tvs during cleaning and for front desk to inform guests upon check-in.
This is a very great facility with a nice pool, but it could use a little TLC refresh. The service was great and made up for it. Beautiful grounds.

Not worth the value
This was a really lovely stay. Away from the noise of Santa Cruz, we relaxed in the pool, played pickle ball, and enjoyed the onsite bar/restaurant/music. Ideal for adults looking for a quiet few days away where you can park the car and stay put until checkout.
Tv was not up to date No Netflix no airplay
Other than a few snags this would be a 5 star review. AC in room didn’t work, kids jacuzzi was broken, and there were no towels stocked at the pool Sunday morning until about 10am. Beautiful quiet place with great views. Restaurant was top notch.
