Beautiful resort. The spa is fantastic,the view restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Great marked trails for walks in the woods. Parking was full, all the time. Our room was a little dark, would be nice if the bathroom had better lighting.
It was an ok property thought it be a lot better but older crowd and they were loud.
This is a beautiful property nestled in the Santa Cruz hills, but near downtown and the beaches. The staff and their service was the highlight of our stay.
Had to call the front desk twice for room cleaning. Requested the GM call as i was told there was no MOD. Never received a call.

The entire experience from the moment we pulled up was incredible. The Front Desk was incredibly helpful and very kind. They made it very easy to check in and we’re very accommodating with an early arrival. But I must say that Jacob, the valet extraordinaire, was probably our best individual experience that we could have asked for. He was smart, very respectful, knowledgeable, and was quick with everything. He was able to care more about our experience and you can tell how genuine he was with his smile and positive attitude. He’s an exceptional human being, and it needed to be singled out.

The property is conveniently located near main roads, restaurants, boardwalk yet is surrounded by beautiful forest.
