Courtyard by Marriott Regina Downtown

Marriott took over this hotel and did a major renovation and make it a courtyard! Overall it was a great stay. I spend most of my time in Marriott properties and this a good property that still smells brand new. The rooms were very clean but are smaller and you can notice it's a renovated hotel but for the price and location, I cannot complain. It's unfortunate they didn't build a restaurant bar but the breakfast options are good for a quick bite and hot coffee in a really nice seating area! I didn't use the gym but looks amazing as most hotels lack updating this area! Great job Marriott. I would be concerned with parking if the hotel was busier. The room view wasn't anything special, especially from 2nd level. No upgrades offered which I find sometimes frustrating being a Titanium Elite and the hotel wasn't busy. Overall great stay and glad Marriott has another option if you want to be downtown.

Hotel was very, rooms were clean & staff friendly

Recently re-opened. Ample parking space. Modern lobby, nicely decorated. Bistro, for breakfast, with very convenient opening hours. Rooms small but well equipped. Bathroom small, has walk-in shower. Noisy air conditioning. Very good fitness center. Directly connected to the adjacent Memories restaurant.

Only complaint we had was the lack of parking

Check in was not acceptable an$ when checking out accused us of having a dog. Not sure where that came from

Better than most hotels in downtown Regina

For 210.00 a night you would think a double queen bed room would have come with at least two coffees and you would have somewhere to park instead of having to park a distance away and the are is super sketchy
