After a long day traveling we had all showered and were settling in to relax and watch TV when the cable box went out. They couldn't just change the box wanted us to change rooms--it was 10:30pm and we were in our PJ's and my grandson was going to a shooting competition so we had several guns stored that we didn't want to mess with. Needed maintenance. Our $$ didn't break, didn't offer a reduced rate or other compensation.

Shower had amazing pressure, beds comfy, staff amazing especially Emily and Savannah!

Wish fan on ac would run constantly, we like the noise while we sleep.

The room was large, and the beds were comfortable!

The room reeked of pet urine and ammonia to the point it caused respiratory issues. I requested another room, but they didn't have one available. They had a sized bed with a sofa bed but wanted to upcharge us, and that room did not accommodate our family. We were stuck for the night.
