the room needs upgrading. Curtains were badly stained. Bed cover had a bad stain. No hand towel, no water glass. Very old room and bathroom. Prices at the restaurant are awful. Super expensive.

"I have stayed many times at this Hotel, I always expect the same great service - and I always get it"

Location is great - very close to the hospital and easy to get to. Excellent variety for breakfast the Staff is friendly and very efficient. Concierge is always very helpful. Free parking - feel safe at this Hotel. Coffee, tea and cookies are put out for free on your floor in the morning and the evening - nice touch!

The new WhatsApp app - didn't give the correct information to re-book for another night. It should have told me that I need to book online to get the discount and not to just go to the front desk to pay full price.
