Unique place to stay, just a 20 minute walk from the center of Perugia, but already in a green countryside with a magnificient view on Umbria green hills. Cozy room, good breakfast with a fresh products and very friendly and helpful host. Lots of pets around - dogs, cat, parrot - for us it was a plus, but if you are travelling with your own pet you need to consider that. Private parking for some cars inside the gates.
