Reservation said free breakfast but no breakfast was served. Front desk clerk mentioned breakfast was from 6am to 9 am but no breakfast and no one at the front desk.

They did not do daily clean in rooms. We had to constantly ask for more towels and washcloths for our room. Stayed 1 week. Floor was grimy. Breakfast was a joke, waffles, 1 type of fruit, muffin or danish. Juice dispenser was broke. We ended up eating at other place. Would not recommend this room. Will be going back to area in a year but will not stay here. Needed room on ground floor but they said not available. Looking at parking lot it appeared to have rooms available. Ice machine seldom worked unless you wanted to wait awhile.
