Very friendly and helpful enjoyed the stay very much even though it was only one night

Everything was great. The service was fast and also the breakfast was great. I will definitely be coming back soon. My family also enjoyed themselves which is always a plus. Great service was definitely appreciated.

They need to put trash bags in the trash cans.

Not a bad place to stay. It will be really nice once remodel is complete. You recieve 20% off a 2 plus night stay so made it worth it. Overall nice quiet and would come back

Bate and Switch with rate. I called an hour before and was offered one price. Then when I checked in it was more because their "system" was down and couldn't process (?) credit cards. It was 3:30 a.m. in the morning and they suggested I pay cash. Who can get to an ATM without transportation at 3:30 a.m. in the morning? Why would you do this to a quest??

Needed a room as the heat was 100 plus degrees.... and no A C in the semi!! Very nice helpful young lady on Reception answered all our questions and went above that. Very simple but enjoyable breakfast, wifi was excellent and a full TV package. Just what we needed Thank you

The property is a short trip from downtown Dallas, and nicely situated on I-20. Unfortunately it is a little extra to get to, since there is no turn in from the access road, and you have to go around through the neighborhood or down the crossover road and U-turn. I hope this changes in the future. There is a lot of work being done on the property from what I could tell, with the fences and the exterior is a different color than the photos. The staff is great, super friendly, and we did not use the pool but it looked clean and enjoyable. We were late to breakfast so there was not much, but the staff again was very helpful and kind, and let us eat still. The room was clean and smoke-free as listed, and wi-fi worked very well. The bed was very soft, and the A/C functioned properly. The shower was nice and big, but in our room the ceiling had a large wet mildew area on it that looked fresh just above the shower-head.

Loved my stay ! Very comfortable love the free WiFi also and breakfast and lunch. I needed a place to stay for the night and I was able to fine everything great. The staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated my stay.

This was basically a Motel 6 with a Days Inn sign and price. There were the most basic of amenities. A large black dog was with the staff in the office-maybe for protection. While the staff was friendly and the room clean, the surrounding area was so run down that I would not have stayed had my husband not been traveling with me. My family has used Days Inns for decades and have come to trust that not only are they clean, but the areas around the hotels are decent. We have used Motel 6 in the past as well, and understood, with that chain, sometimes we wouldn't be in the nicest areas. I will think twice before reserving another Days Inn room.

The pool was closed. The first room we got the tv was broken so they moved us to another room which had roaches in it.
