Next steps Stay safe online Hampton Inn Asheboro Fri, Apr 3 – Sat, Apr 4 I am still waiting on a satisfactory response to my complaints this is the third time contacting booking. Com and my tenth contacting the hotel with no response due to the manager never being there or unavailable. I am supposed to have you guys on my side when horrendous things happen to have my back and so far I was issued a 30 dollar credit for a over 400 dollar stay that was totally unacceptable. I have gave details several times. I expect a phone call from a supervisor after you talk to the cooperate of the hotel to resolve this problem.

Traffic noise

I reserved a 2 queen Room and got a king and sofa bed. When the sofa was pulled out you could barely move in the room 😡

There were no other rooms available…what’s the purpose of reservation if you’re not getting what you reserved

After reading the reviews I was a little nervous about staying here. However, I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The staff was friendly, the lobby and room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. No issues at all. I would stay here again.

Nice front desk manager. Remained positive and inviting even though the air conditioning was not working during our stay. The morning staff worked hard to keep breakfast food stocked. Sheets and bedding was clean.

Air conditioning in the lobby, hallways, and meeting areas did not work. Our toilet was leaking into the bathroom floor. Carpet near our bed had a 1 foot wide circular stain. Lamp shade had two quarter sized, yellow/orange stains. The entire bathroom counter needed to be sanded, painted and clear coated since it had apparent damage from water/towels. The pool area smelled so strongly of bleach we were unable to sit for long because our eyes, nostrils, and lungs were literally burning. There were no pool towels available besides what appeared to be dish towels. I have been coming to this hotel for years and it’s very apparent that repairs and maintenance to the rooms and facilities is not happening.

Jacuzzi was noce

The 1st room smelled of mildew. The nice young man at the front switched my room. The room was nice although I could hear the people above me all night/morning.
