We were satisfied

The staff here was amazing. I was able to check in early. Given a gift bag. That was awesome!. The pool staff quickly stocked towels at the pool. And even gave my boys pool toys. And then the breakfast staff was on top of the breakfast making sure nothing ran low. The location is amazing surrounded sprouting by so many eateries and opportunities for fun and adventure.

There was a strange smell in our room I'm sure because it is a pretty friendly room maybe previous stays have been messy(I suggest an enzyme cleaner my help). Also I wish there was laundry service on site for wet pool clothes.

Every employee was very friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and nice.

When we first arrived, we were given a room very close to the public computer and bathrooms. We have had a bad experience with people coming and going in those rooms before so we asked to be moved further down the hallway. Tracia had a little bit of an attitude about it was cheerfully moved our rooms. We walked in and the floor was dirty, the bathroom toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom counter. Overall the room seemed ill kept. We have been visiting your area every year for the last 10 years and have not ever had a problem with this hotel. I have to say this will be our last stay in the hotel. Things are obviously worn and that was not much of a concern because there were dumpsters in the parking lot which tells me you are working on some updates. The lack of cleanliness was not acceptable.

The staff was friendly.The room appeared to be cleaned at first glance but smelled of urine extremely bad. Stan on the couch that appeared to be a possible bleed through. Wifi was in and out. The hotel needs a major update. The only thing that was nice about it was the tub. But it needs more secured ways of getting in and out of it. The room stays dark. The lights flickered off and on when you first turn them on. Very little natural light in the room.

The bed was very hard uncomfortable, had issues with the air conditioner.

Breakfast

Unattended teenage children in the pool throwing balls at adults and young children. Front desk unwilling to take action. Left with large bruise from being hit.
