Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza una sola vez a pesar de que pedí desde que llegué que la hicieran diario y las recámara un pequeña y la limpieza no muy buena

"Elegir el Hampton Inn Laredo fue una gran elección, es seguro que regresaremos!!"

El check in fue muy rápido y con gran amabilidad El desayuno de gran calidad y el área siempre se encontraba limpia Llegué antes de mi hora de entrada y me entregaron la habitación desde antes- lo valoro demasiado porque estábamos cansados del viaje.

Durante la estancia por tema de mantenimiento, la piscina no estaba funcionando, es uno de los puntos que tomo en cuenta al reservar un lugar y no logramos hacer uso de esta instalación. Me hubiera gustado que en la página web existiera una nota (temporalmente fuera de servicio)

"Hotel con excelente ubicación para ir de compras en Laredo"

Todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno estuvo bien. Me dieron una habitación en un piso tranquilo, la ubicación estuvo perfecta, practicamente pudimos ir a las tiendas caminando porque estaban muy muy cerca y el camino era seguro para caminar. La atención estuvo perfecta, el personal es muy amable. Las tiendas que están cerca del hotal son Sketchers, Best Buy, Sephora, Marshalls, Bath and Body works, Target, Dollar Tree, entre otras.

Todo nos gustó, no tenemos ninguna queja. Gracias :)

"Definitely not pleased and really doubt staying again."

It was close to the area that was used.

That the sheets on the bed were not clean neither was the bathroom. The sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed and they were stained. The toilet was not properly cleaned, it was dirty around the bottom( what looked like urine stains) Breakfast was ok, considering that the stay is not that cheap. It could be better!
