La Quinta by Wyndham Fayetteville

Very thin walls and can hear everything. Also had a lot of ants.

Sana at the front desk was extremely helpful and always pleasant with greeting the guests. More staff members could take a lesson from her.

When we checked in the staff member at the desk was "tired" and everything seemed to be an effort. We had booked the room for over a week and she assigned us a small queen room, when clearly the reservation was for 2 queen beds, We had to change rooms when she eventually assigned us a new room, and received NO help in moving to a higher floor. I think it was quite evident we are elderly, and would have appreciated some help as we had put all our things in the smaller room, The breakfasts had no fresh fruit and the pastries were certainly not fresh, the sausages looked as if they had been microwaved. There was no variety or taste to the food, which is disappointing when one is staying for over a week. This hotel was not up to the standard of previous La Quinta Hotels at which we have stayed.

Pillows or room chair were not comfortable.

Close to the facility we needed to attend. Tucked away from noise but still convenient to highways.

Standard breakfast, nothing stood out as to chose between another chain hotel. Felt it was overpriced for the amenities. Fitted Sheets wouldn't stay on mattress.
