Comfortable beds. Felt safe. Drove around to look at Gonzaga and then got Chipotle. Found good parking in hotel front lot. Great breakfast. Nice employees.

It was convenient - the location was very good. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was modern and nice.

There was nothing specific I didn't like. Breakfast had lots of options, was decent 6/10. Nice to have that convenience. Overall, the hotel is good to very good.

I appreciated the flexibility when checking in - I had a doctor's appointment at 2:30 pm that day, and I was allowed to check in early.

It’s 4:30 AM and I have not slept all night. I’ve been here for three nights and have woken up every morning with pain in my back and my hips and my shoulders. The beds are rock hard and lumpy. Your shoulder gets scrunched up under your chin because there’s no give in the mattress. It’s like sleeping in a two bit hotel on Skid Row. I am a Marriott loyalist and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to sleep on the floor because that’s the equivalent to what the bed feels like. According to the maintenance people, Marriott got rid of all of their box springs and put in platform beds with one mattress and it is one hard mattress. There’s no sense changing rooms because all the mattresses are the same. And the first night I was here, I had to sleep in a room where the chlorine fumes from the pool came up through the ventilation system, and I was poisoned by chlorine fumes and coughed all night long. They moved me to the room I’m in now, with the same bed as the first room. This is the most horrible hotel in the country!

The lady at check-in was wonderful. Give her a raise.
