Close to everything. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast consisting of eggs, sausages or bacon, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea all day long. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Shannon was the manager when we were there and she was so helpful.

The staff did an excellent job during my stay. The homeless hanging around the back parking lot caused me to move my vehicle around the front for added security.

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable . The staff was very nice & love that they had the free breakfast . The price was reasonable and lastly it was close to the spot we had to go to which was right next door .

The only thing we can think of was there was no fan in the bathroom .

The staff was very friendly and personable. Check-in was a breeze. Short walk to down town Spokane. The free breakfast had so many tasty options and I loved the extended pool hours. This is our now go-to spot to stay.

I was traveling with a friend and we needed two beds. They offered a room with a king bed and a sofa bed and we decided to make do. Knowing that you take your chances with a sofa bed, I thought I would be better off just sleeping on the sofa (without pulling it out into a bed). Unfortunately, the "sofa" was only a loveseat, so not long enough for my 5'4" self to sleep on. And, sure enough, the mattress in the sofa bed was thin and of ridiculously poor quality. I don't think even a small child could have slept comfortably on it. And, according to my friend, the king size mattress wasn't good either; she just sank into it because it offered no support. NOTE to this property: DON'T advertise a "SOFA bed" if it's a loveseat and, at the very least, equip it with a decent mattress. The rest of the room and the experience was average, but because the most important thing a hotel can offer its guests is a good night's sleep, we won't return.

The staff were wonderful - very helpful and warm. The location was central to everything I needed, including great food, entertainment and shopping within walking distance.
