Ramada by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport North

The whole experience at this hotel. Everything was off. It felt like a pay by the hour hotel...very shady. Strange people lurking outside the hotel. Stained towels. Uneven, creaky floors. Stained bathtub. The door had been busted into before.

We arrived to a room with: Stained comforters Body hair on pillows Cigarette burns in blanket Greasy food in/on microwave Hair in sink Cockroach climbing up bathroom wall We went down to the desk and they had no other room available. They said they would bring us clean bedding, brought it to the room in a white plastic trashbag and then told us housekeeping had gone home so we would have to strip bedding and remake it ourselves. They should not be a hotel that you guys do business with. They then reported us as a no show and are trying to keep 135$ of the money, and as of today they are still in possession of my 50$ deposit and the entire $314 for the room.

Das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption war sehr gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Auf Nachfragen hat man nicht wirklich eine Antwort bekommen zb. ein Shuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten aber erst ab 8.00 Uhr.Wir haben uns dann ein Shuttel über bestellt.Das war auch preiswert und der Fahrer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr nah zum Flughafen, es ist aber von der Umgebung her sehr laut.

The cutest thing about the rooms at the ramada is they have this section of the wall that is like this coral pink and it's beautiful , just something comforting and cozy about it. Our Room was spacious and very clean.Everything was up to date and the bathroom was beautiful , bright , big and a large tub , which is always a good thing. The pool is beautiful and was open every day.And the water was crisp and clean and very clear and every morning at breakfast to see them doing the maintenance on the pool , chlorine levels and cleaning as needed the Ramada has the cleanest pool i've ever seen on Meridian. Although I didn't get a chance to swim as of yet.Every time I drive by , I wanna just run and jump in the pool. The breakfast at Ramada is fantastic. Great choice of cereal and their biscuits and gravy is absolutely amazing. And they have a good juice bar with four different options , but most places just have two. Last but not least, the remainder is quiet.Wonderful place to rent a room.We were there for thirty two days and I would go back only to the Ramada every chance that I get it when needing a room in that area of the city. Last but not least the staff is amazing.They're very accommodating , very polite , very courteous and also respectful of your do not disturb sign which most places are not. The staff especially Julie and Jose and the Ower are Amazing whom I got to know on a more intimate level after being a guest there for so many days. The Ramada feels like home away from home with family not just employees there!!!

Several issues that day upon arriving the initial rooms that I requested for King we’re not available side-by-side so I understand. I’ll take the queen but the bathroom door couldn’t be shut without locking the key cards didn’t work. The telephone didn’t work. The TV remote didn’t work and just top it all off when I have work to do the Wi-Fi didn’t work overall very horrible. So when I went to check out, I was told I will receive my money back for the day I didn’t even stay, it’s been almost a month and still no refund. I will never book there again and I am also very wary of using Booking.com. They are not very helpful in getting my money back neither
