"Ramada no longer means quality"

Arrived today and was given a nice room, or so we thought. The TV didn't work but the guy at the front desk came up and plugged the cable into the box, which a previous guest had disconnected. So problem fixed. Later tonight we discovered the water pressure is low for the bathroom toilet and it wouldn't flush properly. After trying to reach the front desk for about 30 minutes, we finally got in touch with the guy who said he would bring us a plunger!!! He knocked on our door but by the time we got there, he had already left!! Since when is it my job to fix your plumbing!! Ramada used to be a quality name but this location needs to hire some better staff. The guy who checked me in today was very good at his job, but the guy tonight should be fired. My husband is on oxygen and we are both elderly. As I'm writing this, my daughter and son-in-law are on their way over her to plunge the bathroom toilet. ...A knock on our door and a maintenance guy shows up and he says he needs to get a snake. So, so much for getting to bed early and having a restful evening. At least they did send someone to help after all!

Wish I could have gotten a better lace I wish that my bonus points that accumulated on this this sucks not what I intended here they say my reward level does not really matter in all the early check-ins and late checkouts if you're not apply
