USThe staff was generally pleasant, though rather inefficient. The location was close to my appointment.
The first room had no door on the bathroom, so we asked to move. The new room was so tiny we couldn't pass each other without turning sideways. The toilet paper holder was broken, spilling the paper on the floor. There were no hooks for the towels. There was a lot of noise from the street all night long. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke, with very little offerings. We asked for more tissues, but the staff never gave them to us. There wasn't a single picture on the walls, making the whole place look bleak. There wasn't either a desk or a chair, and we needed to work.

The beds and pillows are super comfy very very comfortable .
USUSlocation to the place we needed to be. the room was clean. history of the building was interesting. there was a parking garage across the street. my friend left something behind in the room, the front desk was kind to go and find it and hold it for us
less noise and smells from the street. there wasn't a bigger discount for a parking garage.
