Location .The room overall was good.

Pool was out .That was my main reason for here was heated indoor pool.There was some kind of handle on the side of the bed .Kept hitting my knee.Dont know what they were for.

The showers had above average water pressure and at Midnight, the hot water did not run out between two showers back to back.

When I first arrived to the location, I was early for my check in. I went inside to check and see if I could check in earlier. I was told no, with sufficient explanation as to why I couldn't. I came back in 3 hrs later to find a sign stating that the pool is closed,😞. I later found out that they knew that the part in question had gone out the day prior. I am irritated that my 17M son and I 39M spent 3hrd in the truck awaiting the pool that they already knew was not working properly, instead of rebooking across the street where the pool was working.🥲. And when I request a smoke free room, may I please have cigarette burn free comforters. Rant over, I digress.
