"Very clean and respectful, no frills stay"

Great location and value

No Concierge type service or even pleasant reception by staff kind of good luck. Hope you have a cell phone. Luckily Starbucks is around the corner plenty of restaurants and shopping and 20 minutes from the beach.

"Relaxing, friendly hotel in a great location"

Clean, comfortable room with new furniture and walking distance to coffee shop in the morning. Also the parking was plentiful and staff was friendly. A bonus was having a great restaurant, Fork, just steps away! This was quite convenient after a long day of exploring.

No air conditioning but the large portable fan in the room kept us comfortable

Close to hospital where I had a hip procedure. Our room was beautiful and on the ground floor. It looked to be newly renovated with lovely teal colors.

I missed having a microwave in the room, but it did have a refrigerator and coffee maker.
