Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Zubizuri-Fußgängerbrücke ist top. Altstadt und Guggenheim-Museum fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmerausstattung gerade so ausreichend. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind für 1 Nacht ok. Fenster am besten nicht öffnen, da furchtbarer Ausblick. Das Servicepersonal zum Frühstück war völlig überfordert. Erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde das Buffet wieder aufgefüllt. Das Fleisch zum Abend-Menu im Restaurant war teilweise noch roh und auch nach dem 2. Versuch immer noch roh. Eine einzige Katastrophe.

"Gerne zum empfehlen, wenn man nicht viel im Zimmer ist"

Das ganze team an der rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, gute lage, frühstück sehr gut, Parkplatz gut beschrieben

"3 giorni a Bilbao"

La posizione è perfetta,davanti al ponte zubizuri,perciò vicinissima al Guggenheim,e a 15 minuti a piedi dal casco viejo. C'è la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggiare privato dell'hotel. Lo staff è carino,disponobile e sempre sorridente,la camera era pulita e spaziosa.

"Siisti hotelli lähellä Guggenheimia"

Siisti perushuone, hotelli hyvällä paikalla joen rannassa lähellä Guggenheimia, myös vanhakaupunki melko lähellä. OK ravintola alakerrassa. Hyvä sänky.

Hotellissa ei varattavia autopaikkoja, emme saaneet autolle parkkipaikkaa. Ovissa ei tiivisteitä, äänet kuuluvat käytävältä. Suihkun lattialle jää vettä makaamaan.

"Recommended for a stay in Bilbao"

Friendly helpful staff. The hotel may be old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Our request for a room with a bathtub and kettle was fulfilled. Nice to have a bidet. Tip: Tickets for the Guggenheim Museum are slightly cheaper from reception than online. Good location for the Old Town and the Museum. We found parking for our motorcycle just a few minutes walk away.

Breakfast was a little pricey (although it is cheaper if you book it directly with the hotel) so we just went to a cafe opposite the Market Hall. Our room had a small window you couldn't look out of, but that didn't bother us.
