Literally a stones throw from the beach. Cozy (re: small), but it was just my wife and I for a little getaway. Some minor amenity issues (fridge on the fritz, breaker trip), but the dwelling stayed cool to cold. Had to run water a little longer than I was used to in able to get hot, otherwise a nice place to retire after sunbathing and sight-seeing.
