Absolutely nothing

The room we stayed in was horrible. As soon as you opened the door, a smell of cat urine and mold and mildew hit you. The carpet was just disgusting to the point I told my kids not to take their shoes off. We went to do the pull out couch and the bed was moldy. There was a dirty washcloth in the closet. The fridge was broken and had water all over the bottom and was filthy. Only one elevator worked, and it took 5 minutes or more just to get the elevator to you. We tried to see about getting a different room but the staff was rude and told us there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend staying here with children.

New crew is awsome ! Been seeing major improvements clean and neat! Happy workers! I love staying hete!

Not having a microwave in the room ...but definitely wasn't a big deal! Still a nice place!

Great location, bed was comfortable, good value on the room. Pullout couch was dated. Located near store & restaurants.

Beds were smaller than expected. A bit pricey for the size of the room. No breakfast

No water for about 5 hours no was clothes small broken glass on the floor. Wet puddle in room advised front desk. Initial room 1st floor smelled of smoke moved to 6th floor. Bath was so small impossible for a handicap person. I very much deserve a refund. Questioning my business with booking.com.
