The staff is very very nice breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable nice not

I like the location and how soft and clean the bed was

I didn't like how I was told that my card I used was declined but I never got any notification telling me they didn't try to run my card and they made my girlfriend use a physical card for them to hold but they charged it then they charged mine making it two charges instead of one charge for the room. It was also extremely expensive for just two nights.

Overall, the stay was great. The only complaint I have is that at least on my floor there’s a bunch of people coming in and out of the doors all the time older people not kids and they were con congregate outside, smoking, and doing whatever else cars always pulling up talking to them and stuff like that seem like a little something else was going on around there

We rented this room for Friday and Saturday, we got in earlier then 3om check in. So for $20 the desk clerk let us in to a room early. We stepped into room 219 and the smell that was in it was absolutely atrocious. I called the front desk and complained and they sent up a maintenance (worker that stood away from the door with a look on her face as if to say I know the smell, I'm not going in three) she had a 4 spray away from being empty bottle of fabric spray and was told to tell us "that's all we can do!" THAT'S ALL YOU CAN DO? After $400+ hotel stay? With people constantly sitting next to the exits blowing marujauna clouds at us as we come out the exits, super thin walls hearing everything around us. The smell stayed all weekend we went to target and bought some more sprays and other stuff to treat the room so we could sleep. So damn disappointed with our absolutely horrible stay. Plus as we left, the same front desk clerk that was working was there again. We gave her back the empty bottle fabric spray. She was confused as to why we were just leaving it in the counter. Then we told her of the horrible experience we had, and we were told. Huh? That's crazy, I guess I'll have to check, things happen. Probably just have to open the door for awhile. That was it? NO THANK YOU!!!!! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. AFTER THIS, HOPEFULLY NO ONE DOES EITHER!!!!!!

The breakfast was the same every day but very good. The hotel was very close to where I was visiting and very convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

The desk in the room was very small and I had very little room to work on my computer. There was an unfortunate incident where the person in the room above me on the second floor flooding their room and the water came down into my room.

Clean comfortable bed, access to restaurants and shopping

Cigarettes outside the front door. Not the fault of the hotel.

Staff was very nice and I felt welcomed and appreciated. Best hotel staff I've experienced in quite a while.
