Best Western PLUS La Mesa San Diego

Stayed at the hotel for only two days, was advised at check in that they would hold $100 for incidentals. After four days of miscommunication, they’re now telling me that they’re charging me that money for a stained towel. I feel like it’s really unfair because I could’ve washed the towel out of laundromat for $10. There was absolutely no communication. I had to keep calling myself to figure out what was going on. Majority of the amenities were false advertisement and or not working during my visit, my room was extremely dirty and dusty and had to clean before I layed down to sleep. Beyond the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The only positive thing was that is one of the workers in the front desk. He was really nice his name is Thaddeus.

Close to area, great breakfast, comfy beds, free parking

Small bathroom, low toilet and counters, fan did not clear steam

It was clean.

The water dispenser and the juice dispensing machine was out of order for 5 days of my stay. The staff was unbothered and not pro active to get this fixed. Beds were uncomfortable

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place.
