Room size was great and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The customer service was great.

Although I understand the age of the building and the heritage, upon arriving the hotel appears to be in darkness and doesn't give you that wow factor. The lighting in the hotel needs improving especially in our room 406. The ambiance of the place needs to be more inviting. A bit dull and dreary.

フロントのスタッフの方々の対応が優しく、またフレンドリーで、話しやすかったです。また的確に質問に対して回答いただき良かったです。更に日本人スタッフの方ともお会いでき、詳しい情報を入手させてもらい大変役立ちました。またロケーションが抜群に良く、観光には最適なところでした。このホテルを選択して間違いはなかった。

ミネラルウォーターのサービスがあればよかったです。ただこれは難しいことはわかっていますが。
