Excellent location and beautiful room and facilities within the room

The constant vibration of exhaust from the next room. Unable to sleep due to noise.

What a gorgeous room we had, so central to everything we needed. So clean and the staff 👌

There’s a charming old world feel to the place that just isn’t present in newer hotels. The character is lovely everywhere you look. The view from the accessible room was stunning!

I’m in a wheelchair for the most part so I found the elevator slightly narrow to get in and out of. But I managed it. The room’s are also slightly darker than expected during the day because the only lights in the rooms are lamps, but at night that was completely fine.

Loved the central location and the extra sized rooms.

The Palestinian protesters out the front on Sunday and the number of delinquent people that resided in the park and surrounding streets.

Great city location and close enough to walk everywhere - Star Casino , Southbank or the city itself! Staff were exceptional, professional & friendly. Loved the building & the rooms were old world charming. The high ceilings & large rooms made you feel right at home & comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Toast was like chewing rubber rest of meal nice.

Location

The bed was absolutely terrible woke up with a sore back. It was not comfortable at all. During checkout staff said a had a bottle of Red Wine and Chip or some condiments, however I never touched or had anything, I don’t even drink red wine for a start.
