Pool was a little cloudy but we still went they have a nice patio are from the pool to sit outside. Breakfast was good nice set up add some bidquits and gravy. Our air conditioner broke and there was a huge puddle on the floor we told them but we just said we were fine till morning

Location and some staff were somewhat friendly. Breakfast was alright. Plenty of spaces to park as well as a readily available pool.

Room smelt of mould, room service was basically inexistent, towels were only changed every two days, even the towels that were left dirty on the floor, which we were explicitly told was how they would be collected and changed. The trash cans were only emptied every second day also. The dust was never cleaned from the room either. The beds were never made and the floors were never vacuumed, as well as the bathroom never being cleaned. Plastic cups were never provided bar the first day, and the toiletries were only replaced ON REQUEST. The bathtub was also dirty and unhygienic.
