Quiet, comfortable bed, new furnishings ,functional kitchenette.

Nothing at all.

First of all its not a hotel from any side. Its an extremely poorly maintained motel that's charging as a 3 star hotel. I booked this place for a night in Victoria as I had an exam in the city. But not for a single minute the room was quite. I could hear every soul walking, talking, opening closing doors, dragging suitcases at 2am, dropping stuff at 3am and that too from all 3 sides of my room. I tried yo put white noise on my phone, switch on the fan to block out the sounds but not online failed miserably, the fan made the room colder, no oven in the room. The walls in the bathroom are so old and plastered. I woke up at 5am after trying to sleep the whole night and exited with a headache. Do not stay here.

Place and mostly the staff very accomodating. Special mention to Charmaine...She deserves a credit.

I liked the beds and access to facilities such as a pool gym and hot tub

The shower was not a pleasant experience. It would constantly change temperatures from cold to scalding hot. That is pretty much the only thing that I didn't like. Everything else was good

It was convenient.

The beds are terrible, they sink to the middle.

The sheets and towels were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was an old motel (not a hotel) that had been renovated but was not in good shape. It wasn't in a great area and there was not very good soundproofing.
