Quality Inn I-75 West Chester-North Cincinnati

I enjoyed the room, space, location and parking spaces all were adequate. The staff that I encountered was good and pleasant. James the front desk attendant was awesome. An attendant on Tuesday evening was awesome too.

1 issue that we encountered was my step daughter was there to check on me and her dad on Sunday. She said she thought she saw a roach go behind a big picture. We didn't see anything but she reported it to the front desk and were not aware. The maintenance guy came by on Tuesday to exterminate room. He said we had to leave for a bit and we were not prepared to at that time. We said we weren't concerned about it at that time. I did think afterwards that if it needed us to be gone that perhaps we should have been offered another room.

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast set up was nice. A/C and television worked. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. There is the option to have connecting rooms should you have a larger party staying. Hotel was easy to find from the road. Great location next to the highway plus there was a gas station right out front.

I wish there were a few more channels on the tv but there were still over 50 options so it didn't dampen the stay.

Convenient

Breakfast was so so Bed seemed comfortable but woke up with a back ache.

The hotel was clean, the staff was congenial and the breakfast bar was a very nice touch. I would rate this stay as a good value for the dollar.

My room heat didn’t work adequately.

Breakfast was good, Food was hot. Facility was clean and staff was attentive.
