The privacy and the first floor rooms.

I had to walk all the way around to the front to get in the building after parking in the back where my room was.

Love the close proximity to restaurants, gas station etc .,,

Cleanliness of bathroom could’ve been better

the beds were uncomfortable, they were very hard. the pillows were very tiny and also very firm. the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.

This hotel was nice and very clean. The woman at the front desk did give us the option of a 1st floor or second floor room. Parking was excellent! There was quick access to just about anything we needed. It smelled nice, unlike a lot of hotels, tv channel selection was good!

The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room efficiently. It would get pretty hot before it would kick on. You should let people know there isn't an elevator in the listing. That didn't affect our family but could have someone with injuries or of an older age carrying luggage.

I was very comfortable there , slept very well

Breakfast was excellent, employees were friendly and willing to help. Facility was clean and everything seemed to operate properly.

For the star rating and the value for money, it was perfect! Dated but more than sufficient. I didn't have a chance to use the pool and I ignored having breakfast but both looked very well set out...& kept clean!!

When attempting to check in, there was one person who was very very loudly complaming and putting both the clerk at the desk and her boss who was on speakerphone yelling at each other for a good 20 minutes after I came through the door. Although I recognize it was late (8:30 pm) when I arrived and there was likely no one else on duty, it would have been much better for the manager on the phone to stop being on speaker and stop yelling, and the desk clerk could have perhaps told this complaining person to set aside while she checked me in. Instead she ignored me until another Patron pointed out to her that I was still standing there.. I do recognize that the complainer was a very difficult person for anybody to deal with, so perhaps the clerk had tried that before I entered building. It sounded to me from the complainer that booking.com was siding totally with the complainer and gave no credence to the hotel manager or desk clerk. Again, being a third party, I could suggest that booking.com might have suggested to the complainer that they would "look into it and get back to her".. but as I said earlier perhaps, that had already been tried by the time I arrived, and perhaps the complainer had actually taken pictures of the issues that she had raised? In any event had I not prepaid for my room I would not have stayed check in given the tirade that was going on

I will never stay there again the employees are so rude and I didn’t deserve that at when I’m spending my money
