Was ok outside access to rooms the room was small and dated could use a reno

The check in guy was the only nice thing about this hotel the rooms that we and our daughters (2 different rooms) were terrible ours 205 smelled very dirty and bathroom was not clean, their room 105 smelled like100 wet dogs apparently the comforters had never been washed breakfast-awful

The front staff was friendly. They did have breakfast choices a plus. Our room could have been cleaner. No place to hang clothes. No place to hang towel while in shower. Dated room. LOUD music and a party of men smoking w××d outside our room 1 night. Wouldn't stay again.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. King size bed with tiny pillows. Lamp missing bulb. Broken door stop in bathroom. Stairwell was filthy. Holes in walls. The only positive was the check-in attendant, who tried to move us to another room, only to learn it reeked of cigar smoke. Extremely obvious that zero maintenance was done on this property in years.

There was no shampoo or bar soap or hand towels in the room. There were holes in the bathroom wall where a shelf used to be. When we asked a maid cleaning the next room for shampoo, she couldn't give us anything because we weren't scheduled for cleaning. the bed was comfortable. Although the bed had only one blanket in late October, the heater was just fine and we weren't cold

This hotel was clean but a little bit dated.

The good news is the staff, especially Cathy, are very nice. BUT, in our disable accessible room, the toilet seat was so loose that if I, a disabled person, had sat on it, I would have slid right off. The comforter had 2 visible shoe print stains on it, and yes, I have pics. The sink handle came off during use. Lying on the bed, we rolled into the middle because the mattress is clearly old. We are still here so we asked to be moved to another accessible room, where the mattress is a little bit better, but both rooms look dingy and old in the bathroom. The paint is peeling off of the bathroom door, and although I think the bathroom floor is clean, it doesn’t appear so because it is so old and stained. The front desk is aware of the issues we have had, but offered no rate adjustment - perhaps they are not empowered to do that by management, which is why I am complaining here. Doesn’t appear the owner and/or management cares about this hotel very much. This is not a luxury hotel so I didn’t expect much, but things should be in good working order and not look dingy and old. I’ve never written the negative review for a hotel before, but this one calls for it.
