I just love how pretty it looked in the inside and the Christmas decorations and cleanliness.

I just wish the hotels will stop making breakfast a separate charge and include it in this day even if it’s just a continental breakfast

Close to shopping and restaurants and had a large selection of food items in its own pantry

Hallways were cooler than the warm rooms

Staff friendly.

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed at. From the minute you stepped in the dirty elevator floors to the filthy carpet in rooms. We had to buy our own pillows because of their bad smell. We will never stay here again. Don't know why the rating is so high on Booking.com

The structure and design was nice however can use some updating

It was a little too far from the main road. Landscaping was not that appealing and the shower water pressure was too low. Booking.com gave displayed a total price, but I was charged a different price. The lady at the front desk should ask if it’s a person’s first time and explain the fees. Some hotels I have stayed at will take the time to do this. Probably won’t pick that location again.

Clean room.

Noise levels. Breakfast was very disappointing.

It’s a modern hotel with nice decor. The restaurant is a high point - good service and delicious food for a reasonable price.

We stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned. We didn't receive an apology. We were asked to put the trash outside the room and we were expected to come downstairs for more towels. I expected the same person who was going to dump the trash to be available to bring the additional towels etc. And, I expected an effusive apology for such an inconvenience. If I wanted to clean my own room, I would’ve stayed at an Airbnb. The service - room service, daily room cleanings - is THE differentiator that hotels have over Airbnb, so this was particularly annoying.
