Quality Inn Cherokee Riverside

The staff that were present were nice. The location was not far from the town area and recreation.

It smells terrible, the floors are very gross thry left hair and spills on bathroom floor, the tub was filled with water, the breakfast was a mess and mostly empty by 9, the walls are very thin, very noisy all the time, no cable, and the walls/ceilings.all have visible signs of water issues like dark spots and waves. I was very congested and sneezing while there.

Very convenient hotel to stay for a hiking trip in the Smoky Mountains. Staff very friendly and competent.

Cleanliness, location

We were on bottom floor,above keep us up all night small kids running back and forth at 11:15 called front desk to tell them of noise we well take care of it but didnt this went on till 5:00 am nothing never done the front desk said nothing,no apology or anything said well there was cheerleaders staying here,i said what does that matter still nothing I paid for a room and rest not torment will not be staying again and breakfast was awful left and went to Grannys
