Está excelente.

La falta de estacionamiento, aunque lo llevan por ti estaría bien que tuvieras un lugar aunque sea para poder bajar tus maletas. Pero lo compensa lo cómodo del hotel y la ubicación.

"Very nice stay for a couple of nights"

The staff was very friendly :) the location was perfect to explore Puebla city center, just a short walk to the zócalo and all the shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom had a luxurious feel to it and everything looked nice and clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, it was convenient to have breakfast there. Parking was apparently 4 blocks away, but we just dropped off our stuff in front of the hotel and the staff would park our car wherever it was. Everytime we needed our car we had to wait for about 20 mins for them to get it. It was fine for us, but it might be something to take into account if you are in a hurry.

There is a strange smell in the room, like some bad air freshener. Also it was a bit damp. The ventilation in the bathroom is not working, so a shower directly creates a sauna in the bathroom and there is no window to open in there. In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay.
