We cancel our reservation as soon as we got there due to not being told pool was out of order. So that left us without a room. So we had to scramble around and find another hotel. Not very happy with this place and the communication skills

Stain on bedding, poor/ non functioning lighting, electric (coffee pot), shower would not work (had to take a bath), door key card would not work

The property and room were weathered a bit. The pool was not available. But for an overnight or two stay was a good value. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

In spite of regular stays at this location AND having a reservation, they called -just a few hours before I was to check in!- to say they were "overbooked" and didn't have the double room I requested but would give me a King room with a cot! NOT ACCEPTABLE. We finally did manage to get into a double room, but it wasn't at all what I requested. If it weren't for the staff working so hard to make it right I would have just stayed somewhere else.

"Not staying again"

1.0

First room shower curtain was pulled down and laying in the tub. The AC didn't work in that room. I had a king bed room but then was put in a double bed room . The pool wasn't open.
