Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta

Blood on walls, sheets and floor. Not sure what happened, but contacted front desk and they did nothing.

It was a ugly experience. I made a reservation of 2 rooms because we was traveling with family and kids, so the front desk guy didn't accept card, he said only cash, so they have ATM on the lobby but they charge 7 dollars to get the money, and also they gave me 1 room in the second floor and 1 room in 4 floor, i reserved 2 suites with king size bed but the gave me only one king size the other was queen, i show the guy my reservation, and he said if you want your money you can go and look for other hotel, but kids was very tired and we already got all the suitcases, so we decided to stay there,. The whole hotel smells like weed, and cockroach was under the desk in kids room.. is nasty the smell of the rooms and the front desk guy is super rude.. i will never ever stay in that hotel.

This was the WORST Experience Everrrrr… the morning shift manager was extremely rude & disrespectful!! Roaches was all over my room & when I went to the Front desk to ask what they were going to do about it he gave me an attitude from hell & started telling me I won’t be getting anything back from the stay as well as how my one day stay wasn’t beneficial to him & he will never let me book there again… I will be posting the videos on social media so my followers can see the type of business you guys are running!! I’m a paying customer that has stayed there multiple times & I feel extremely disrespected

Clean hotel with friendly staff in a safe area. Check-in is a breeze. My preferred place to stay when in/around Atlanta.

awful area. property falling apart. holes in blinds, no coffee maker, no breakfast, etc. People hanging around in parking lot who do not appear to be guests of the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

I have a broke foot and 4 cracked ribs and they kept 15 dollars from my deposit because i was 10mins past check out
