It was decent. Close to nice restaurants

The housekeeping was horrible. ONLY every other day, and they only made the bed, empty the trash and new towels

I was exhausted, but the young lady at the desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very refreshing, I left my watch and called, and another staff member within 10 minutes sent me a link where I could have my watch mailed to me. We live in a world where customer service is hard to come by, and its much appreciated

The baloney furniture was old and dirty. We didnt even want to open the sliding glass door.

Although we reserved a room handicap accessible, when we arrived at 5PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025. They no longer had an accessible room available. It took them 30 minutes with the help of the manager who finally stepped in to get me an accessible room at another Marriott. They told me that a Travelocity booking never guarantees a specific room. So you must call the particular hotel to guarantee an accessible room. I wish I had known that your reservation has no meaning. My wife must have an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I was furious and let them know. You need to tell your customers that your booking does not guarantee a specific room type.

All around mediocre. Except Christian, checked us in was 5 stars!
