Staff were all incredibly friendly. The room layout was nice

Breakfast could’ve had a little more variety. It was the same each day and the waffle machine was broken. Pool didn’t seem all that clean

The conscience of the room for our party

The room and the furniture were run down and they charge me twice for the deposit fee which held up my money in the bank and all they could said was I’m sorry with no solution or even why.

The room was available

The clerk was rude. The room was not clean. A number of things in the room were broken. The TV in the living room didn't work. The furniture was very worn. I could hear the highway traffic like I was parked on the roadway.

The woman working when we checked out, she was super friendly and attentive.

The cigarette burns in the couch and hair in the toilet of the first room we were put in. The overwhelming smell of marijuana outside, so strong it smelled in the rooms. The pancake machine was broken at breakfast. There were many sketchy looking people around and we did not feel safe. Many unhoused walking around the area and prostitutes. The man at check in ignored us while on a FaceTime call for about 2 minutes before even acknowledging us. Totally different from hotel with the same name in Fort Worth, no Bibles in the rooms
