Spacious Good view nice grounds

We didn’t have a car and sometimes it was difficult to get a taxi or Uber. Also the kitchen was poorly lighted

Es war nicht sauber genug, Decken teilweise mit Blutstropfen, an der Wand undefinierbare Flecken, es gab nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für die ganze Familie. Wir waren für eine Hochzeit dort und hatten keine zeit um einzukaufen

Location is very good

Our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was furnished with extremely cheap and worn-out furniture, some of which was broken. The equipment and amenities were very poor and far below expectations. It gave us the impression that the owner does not consider the importance of offering guests a comfortable and welcoming experience. When renting a holiday apartment, guests expect at least a reasonable level of quality and care. Providing better furniture, proper equipment, and attention to detail would make a big difference and reflect genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, in its current state, this apartment fails to deliver even the basics, which made our stay unpleasant and not one we would want to repeat.

Property is very nice and beautiful view to the lake.

WIFI was not working and this is big issue because we do remote work. We had to use our phone data and we get charge more for this service and especially in this case for us, abroad. Also, I send a few messages to the property and I just got one reply (asking me if WIFI was already working?) which I replied asking for more support and I never got a reply back. To be honest this is the only reason I'm giving an okay review because as remote workers we need WIFI and communication with the property was the worst.

Good view and good location. Practical furniture.

Impossibly hot at night time. No fans or fly screens. So could not sleep as it was too hot. Needs fly screens so you can open the windows as there were lots of mosquitoes. The grounds needed tidying up as the grass was very long so could not be used and there was rubbish around. Downstairs was a construction site.

Nice view from the terrace, spacious apartment. Quite short distance to the center of Cernobbio (although you need to go up the hill when returning).

Emptiness in the apartment - it was filled with elementary stuff, but still it seemed empty, to the level that you could hear the sound echoing in the apartment, as there was nothing that could absorb the sound. Also, the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. We found tobacco on the table in the main room and not cleaned ash trays on the terrace. One of the couches and chair was damaged, I reported it to the owners via booking.com chat, but never got any answer.
