One of the front desk people was a little rude.

It was ok. Your basic hotel. It was in Mariposa near Yosemite.

I got charged for the room as soon as I made the reservation even though it was 5 months before May stay. Most places let you cancel you reservation up til a few days before your arrival date with no charge in case your plans change but not this place. I get it. It's Yosemite and it's California and it's expensive. Bottom line - if you are going to Yosemite, plan ahead. I wanted a camp site in the park. They are not available until 6 months to the day before your trip and if you don't get online at ther second they open up and reserve your site, all the camp sites will be gone. If your thinking of going to Yosemite, start planning one year in advance and check the regulations for each particular campsite because they are not the same for all the California parks. It a game you have to play and you better now the exact rules and how they work. I tried booking campsites at the state park in Mariposa outside Yosemite. Even though I got on at the exact time, I could only get two days I wanted, not the third because the third was on a Friday and it was not available. I booked reservations at a campsite in San Simeon. I got the days I wanted but had to book 3 separate reservation, one for each day, instead of one reservation for three days. Then I had to pay three separate booking fees. And when I was there, I had to check out each day and check back in even though the rangers knew I was there for three day. California government at work.

It has breakfast even though we never made it to it because we left the hotel 5:30 in the morning and they start breakfast at 6:30

The room itself was a little bit on the edges underneath the bed with dust

Frühstück für US-Frühstück gut (man kann sich auch selbst Waffeln machen) Pool und HotTube waren super.
