The facilities were the worst. I got an apartment for two but there was just one towel for showering. When I asked the front desk they mentioned I'd have to wait until the room service the next day. I asked them to let them know as my plan was to head out early in the morning. Not only did the front desk staff not let room service know, my room wasn't even cleaned and the toiletries and towels weren't changed either. The room was another mess! Every power outlet other than just one didn't work so we had trouble charging our electric devices. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD STAYING AT AN HOTEL!!!

NOTHING ABOUT THE STAYING EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD!!

"Budget motel, would stay again"

Inexpensive deposit, ice machine functional, easy check-in/out, staff was relatively helpful with any issues encountered, (IE: Troubleshooting TV) Brand new mini fridge did not work. Budget motel, would stay again.

Management did not change mini fridge and I use it more than the microwave
