It was great

We stayed one night and didn’t have any issues easy check-in. It has a fridge and microwave a TV. Everything worked the sheets were cleaned. Air conditioner worked lights worked, shower hot water. Close to a lot of restaurants. Overall, no problems.

Rooms are clean but out dated

booked room at noon asked for early check in they said 2 which was perfectly fine we new the 4pm check in policy so we waited till 355 was screamed at threw a screen to wait till 4 that was so very rude i’ve never experienced customer service so bad, they had zero chairs around the pool like advertised, when we walked in the room the cob webs were so bad room didn’t look like it had been cleaned chunks of concrete sticking out of the floor was so bad we checked out right then. i get it’s a budget hotel but just being polite would have gone along way still wouldn’t have stayed. this hotel should be removed from all advertising companies

I had my wallet with all my credit cards stolen that. morning. So I was unable to stay at the hotel even though I had paid in advance. This is because the person behind the glass screen simply would not allow me to stay unless I gave $50 cash as a deposit. I went to many places to try to get the money but because all my cards were stolen I could only use my Google Wallet credit card and this was not acceptable at any ATM. I said to the person behind the glass screen that she could hold on to my passport - I even offered my wedding rings - but still she would not budge. I asked if I could talk to the manager but she said that, *it was not possible because he was "out of State and when he's out of state he does not like to be contacted" . I don't know how it's relevant that he is in another state in the USA!! Honestly the service was shocking and actually non-existent. So I lost my money that I had paid to prebook the Hotel. I could never recommend these people to you and I am well used to staying in budget places. But the service was just shocking. It was the lack of empathy or any sort of care or concern or flexibility that was the most galling of the whole thing. I have no idea what the persons name behind the screen was, but if she was to get in trouble because of this review then it sounds like a good idea to me. This is the first time I've ever complained about a hotel in my life

The lady at the front desk is very rude. She don’t have no respect. She’s not trying to help you out in no type of way she treat you like you an animal. I would never come back to that hotel again not even to visit a person she act like you can’t have no visits Without checking in with her so then the down payment the person who you put on the room she act like they can’t get the damn payment is just very nasty the way she when you come up to the window she take a very long time like you not even there. If you ask me how she is I will use every word like like next to nasty ignorant rule every nasty word in the book towards that lady.
